Our Story

Heart of the Atlas Association was founded with a simple mission: to support communities in the Middle Atlas Mountains and the villages of the Drâa-Tafilalet region, particularly in Errachidia Province and southeastern Morocco.

We believe that every child deserves access to education, every family deserves clean water and healthcare, and every community deserves opportunities for a better future.

Working alongside local residents, volunteers, and partners from around the world, we develop projects focused on education, women’s empowerment, healthcare awareness, sustainable agriculture, and community development.

Together, we are building hope, creating opportunities, and making a lasting difference in the lives of people across Morocco’s Middle Atlas and the Drâa-Tafilalet region.
